Milk Oolong
Long regarded as the blockbuster movie of oolongs, this tea is over the top and loud enough to make your eyes roll. Casting its net far and wide, this tea snares the hearts of many, from the tea adjacent (hello bubble tea!) to the jaded tea snob looking to let it all hang out.
Living up to this hype, our milk oolong also has the bona fides to be respected by the tea serious, while keeping it fun. Notes of whipped cream, rock sugar and Chinese peony are there for those paying attention. For those not, this tea is as comforting as that bucket of buttered popcorn you tucked into while watching your favorite movie from childhood.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
- Gong Fu - This tea works great in both porcelain and semi porous vessels. Since it is ball rolled, we recommend filling less than a third of the vessel with dry leaf. A full flavored experience is also available when brewing grandpa style.
- Western - Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 oz of water. Add 195F water and steep for 4-6 minutes. Can be re-steeped a second time, adding 2-3 minutes to the original steep time.
