Lotus

As the national flower of India, we couldn't think of creating an agarbatti line without having lotus as part of the offering. Often sprouting from mud, these beautiful flowers remain untouched by their surroundings. This is used as a metaphor to inspire a spiritual aspirant as to how they should aim to make their way through life.  Pure in its makeup and scent, our incense does the same.

Used in aromatherapy lotus incense is meant to bring about emotional clarity and to develop a stronger sense of awareness.  It is said to help with reducing anxiety and aid in sleep, something we can all use assistance with from time to time.

At very least, think of each stick while it burns as a way to help get through the day, whether its wrassling kids, conquering the world or climbing the path to enlightenment.
